About approval of the Regulations on the Unified register of offenses

For the purpose of implementation of article 55 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Unified register of offenses according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments and other state bodies, and also local government bodies (under approval), authorized to consider cases on offenses according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

- make the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution within the means provided for the corresponding years.

3. Determine that production of magazines, books of accounting and other blanks products necessary for realization of the above-stated Provision, is performed by the bodies specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. Recommend to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

5. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Unified register of violations" of December 21, 2018 No. 603;
