Based on the paragraph of the fourteenth No. 45-Z "About bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2009

1. Establish the list of the objects forbidden to bringing (transportation) on objects of bodies and divisions for emergency situations according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the objects forbidden to bringing (transportation) on objects of bodies and divisions for emergency situations

1. Cold, fire, gas and other weapon, ammunition, objects which striking action is based on use combustible veshchestv*.

2. The models and prototypes imitating appearance of weapon, ammunition and objects which striking action is based on use of combustible substances, the apparatuses structurally similar to weapon and ammunition **.

3. The objects containing explosives and products on their basis.

4. The objects containing flammable liquids and solid substances.

5. The objects containing pyrotechnic substances, pyrotechnic products.

6. The objects containing radioactive, toxic and toxic agents.

7. The pricking, cutting, cutting objects **, and also other objects which can be used for damnification of life and (or) to health of employees of bodies and divisions for emergency situations, and also other citizens.

8. The objects containing drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogs, the toxic or other stupefying substances.

9. Alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, beer.

10. Means of mobile and other communication, devices used for transfer and acceptance of data on wire and wireless channels of communication **.

11. Zvuko-and video recorders, photoequipment **.

12. Magnetic (electronic) data carriers (stores on hard magnetic drives, floppy-disk stores, USB, compact disks and so forth) **.

13. Electronic equipment of the hidden carrying.

14. Personal computers, including portable, electronic tablets, electronic notebooks **.

15. Copy, multiplying equipment, scanners **.

16. Unmanned aerial vehicles, model aircrafts, other products on wire and (or) radio control, the spare part to them **.

17. Protivodronny (antidronovy) guns, mobile suppressors of unmanned aerial vehicles and other similar equipment **.
