About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2025 No. 32

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2025 No. 32 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 22.6.1 "Acquisition of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus, tobacco products", approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
the fifth subitem 1.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The regulations on excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2025 No. 597;";
in subitem 1.3.3:
replace figures "10" with figures "11";
after the word "brands" to add the subitem with the words "Republic of Belarus";
in the column "Requirements Imposed to the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 of the word "brands for marking of alcoholic beverages" shall be replaced with words "brands of the Republic of Belarus for marking of alcoholic beverages";
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 22.6.2 "Return of unused excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus, tobacco products", approved by this resolution:
the fifth subitem 1.2 of Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
