According to paragraphs the second, third, the fourth, the fifth, the seventh, the ninth, the tenth, the eleventh, the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth the subitem 17), 18), 21) and 24) Item 2 of article 55 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with Items 6-1 and 6-2 of article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) form of data on availability of bank accounts and their numbers, of remaining balance of money on these accounts according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of data on availability of bank accounts and their numbers, of remaining balance and movement of money on bank accounts according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of data on granted loans to physical person which had obligation on submission of declarations on assets and liabilities, about the income and property, with indication of repayment sums, including remuneration according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules and terms of submission to body of state revenues of data on availability at the taxpayers performing electronic trading by goods, bank accounts and their numbers about remaining balance and movement of money on these accounts according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) criteria of reference of the operations performed on bank accounts of physical person to the transactions having income acquisition signs from implementation of business activity according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) form of data on total sum of the money which arrived on the bank account of physical person from other physical persons in which carrying out the transactions having income acquisition signs from implementation of business activity according to appendix 6 to this order is revealed;

7) the List and Rules of representation by banks of the second level and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities, data on total sum of the money which arrived on the bank account of physical person from other physical persons in which carrying out the transactions having income acquisition signs from implementation of business activity according to appendix 7 to this order is revealed.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 8 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
