About creation of Public institution "National theater" of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Create Public institution "National theater" of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Approve the Charter of Public institution "National theater" of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

3. To perform financing of activities and content of Public institution "National theater" of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of the republican budget, and also other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to take measures for financing of activities and content of Public institution "National theater" of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan before commissioning of the building of Theatre to take measures for providing Public institution "National theater" Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan with the building.

- creation and representation to the audience of theatrical performances and concert programs;

- increase in esthetic sense of citizens;

- representation of national theater within the country and abroad;

- permanent assistance to training of specialists in the field of professional art;

- introduction of various forms of material and financial stimulation for development of professional skill of actors, directors, composers, artists and other specialists of industry;

- ensuring availability of Theatre to man and citizen;

- holding cultural and entertaining actions in Theatre;

- the organization of material and technical resources for holding theatrical performances and concerts;

- other tasks determined by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
