The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
to state subitem 5-1) of Item 1 in the following edition:
"5-1) productions and turnover of agricultural products, including organic, except for its realization;";
in Item 15:
the twelfth the subitem 4) to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"production and turnover of agricultural products, including organic, except for its realization;";
350) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"350) performs cross-industry coordination in the field of production and turnover of agricultural products, including organic, except for its realization;";
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497 "About measures for implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 17 and of July 1, 2019 No. 46 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 15 with subitem 35-11) of the following content:
"35-11) ensuring realization of agricultural products and food products on internal and the foreign markets;".
2. Approve the enclosed Actions plan on realization of agricultural products on internal and the foreign markets (further – the Actions plan).
3. To the central and local executive bodies, and also the interested organizations (under approval), responsible for execution of the Actions plan:
1) to take measures for implementation of the Actions plan;
2) on semi-annual basis, no later than June 20 and on December 20 to provide information on the course of implementation of the Actions plan in the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan at semi-annual basis, by July 25 and on January 25 to provide summary information on the course of implementation of the Actions plan in Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
