According to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the professional standard "Servicing of Supply Chain by Holodova" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the professional standard "Forwarding Services on Road Transport" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of transport policy of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Professional standard: "Servicing of supply chain by Holodova"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Field of application of the professional standard: The professional standard "Servicing of Supply Chain by Holodova" is developed according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications" and the Rules of development and (or) updating of professional standards approved by the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 7, 2023

2. No. 377 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33401) and it is intended for determination of levels of the qualifications necessary for implementation by workers in the field of standardization of professional activity, including accomplishment of certain labor functions, and also for application in case of development of educational programs of the organizations of the higher, postgraduate, technical and professional education.

3. In this professional standard the following terms and determinations are applied:

1) knowledge – the studied and acquired information necessary for accomplishment of actions within professional task;

2) skill – capability to apply knowledge and abilities, allowing to carry out professional task entirely;

3) inventory count is check of the actual availability of material values and reconciliation of the revealed quantity with accounting data;

4) intermodal transport – transportation of unit load (several loads in single packaging) transport of different types under the organization of one operator and for the single transport document;

5) profession – the occupation performed by physical person and requiring certain qualification for its accomplishment;

6) professional qualification – the extent of professional training characterizing ownership of the competences required for accomplishment of labor functions by profession;

17) servicing of chain by Holodova is type of activity on continuous functioning of system of actions of organizational and practical nature which provides optimum temperature in case of storage and transportation, first of all medical supplies of immunobiological type, and also the perishable or frozen cargoes requiring the special temperature conditions of transportation and storage ensuring safety of quality of load within the established normative expiration date in case of its delivery to the consumer;

18) the joint venture products – perishable products; products requiring special conditions of transportation, storage and realization to strictly regulated terms;

19) thermodependent loads – it loads, in transit whom it is necessary to use the railway vehicles providing maintenance of specific temperature condition (insulated van bodies, refrigerators);

20) refrigerating (holodovy) chain – range of services on storage and transportation of the goods requiring storage in the cooled circle;

21) international carriages are the cargo transfer performed by means of any mode of transport and having the international character (the place of departure and the destination are in the different countries, it is transported through the territory of foreign state);

26) WMS (Warehouse Management System, the Warehouse control system) – the information system providing business management automation with processes of warehouse work of the profile company;
