About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 253 the following change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph eleven of the subitem 5 of Item 12 of the text in state language to replace the word "kepildikt" with the word "kepilchilik".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy" of September 23, 2025 No. 605 the following changes:
The word "kepildik" to replace 1) in the name of the resolution in state language with the word "kepilchilik";
The Procedure for provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy approved by the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
