2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About organizational measures in connection with approval of structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 6, 2021 No. 242 the following changes:

in item 4:

- in subitem 16 of the word "Tax Service" shall be replaced with words State Tax Administration;

- in subitem 17 of the word "Customs Service" shall be replaced with words "State Customs Service";

- in subitem 18 of the word "State Fund of Development of Economy" shall be replaced with words "Financial and credit fund".

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To submit 1) for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic projects of provisions and schemes of management of subordinated divisions;

2) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 10, 2021 No. 85;

2) Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on questions of activities of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 28, 2021 No. 90.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry) is the central executive body performing functions:

- managements of public finances;

- internal audit, financial accounting and financial reporting of the sector of public administration;
