1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of January 29, 2018 No. 56 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Items 43-2 - 43-7 following contents:
"43-2. In case of identification during the conducting check of violations of requirements of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic creating inevitable and considerable threat of life and to health of the person, the environment, valuable interests of citizens, legal entities and the states, the authorized body takes out the instruction about suspension of operations.
