About approval of the List of the standard documents which are formed in activities of the state and non-state organizations with indication of storage duration
According to subitem 18-1) of Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Archive Fund and archives" and the subitem 455) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About some questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of October 4, 2023 No. 866, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed List of the standard documents which are formed in activities of the state and non-state organizations with indication of storage duration according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of archives, documentation and book case of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
