About approval of the list of personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks
According to the subitem 1) and 10) of Item 2 of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 "About personal data and their protection" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed list of personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks, according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of personnel management personal data protection according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To confer responsibility for the organization of processing of personal data on the director of the department of personnel management of A. Kazakbayula.
4. To provide to department of personnel management of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the direction of this order in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3) within ten working days after official publication of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chief of staff of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This order becomes effective on the expiration of ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
