- The state agency of information resources and technologies under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic provides personification of the diplomatic passport and creates the information database about the issued diplomatic passports;
- the issued earlier service passports of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1998 are valid till June 1, 2009.
