About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of licensing, allowing and notifying procedures

In recent years in our country large-scale work on further enhancement of licensing, allowing and notifying procedures, elimination of bureaucracy and administrative barriers when rendering the state services, including in expansion of opportunities of the population to independently use electronic state services in the remote mode is carried out.

At the same time, there is need of legal regulation of some open questions connected using privileges to the penalty size in case of its voluntary payment by the offender after violation of requirements of procedures of licensing, issue of permissions and the notification, execution of decisions on imposing of penalty by means of special electronic system and also implementation of licensing, allowing and notifying procedures by the foreign legal entities who are nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Law makes changes and additions to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures", "About the state fee", "About fire safety", "About export control" and "About tourism", and also to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility and the Customs code, directed to enhancement of licensing, allowing and notifying procedures.

This Law will serve reducing mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship, and also to simplification of procedures of licensing, allowing and notifying procedures, ensuring application of privileges in case of voluntary payment of penalty by the offender, and also to implementation of procedures of licensing through the centers of the state services.
