About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1003/2014 about approval of regulations on requirements to energy marking of some energy-requiring products

Based on Item and) article 4 of the Law No. 306/2023 on marking of energy-requiring products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 426-429, 738) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1003/2014 about approval of regulations on requirements to energy marking of some energy-requiring products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 386-396, 1100), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to add Item 1 of the resolution with paragraphs of the following content:

"Regulations on energy marking of professional refrigerating cases for storage according to appendix No. 17;

Regulations on energy marking of local heating devices according to appendix No. 18;

Regulations on energy marking of ventilating installations for premises according to appendix No. 19;

Regulations on energy marking of the solid-fuel coppers and sets consisting of solid-fuel copper, additional heaters, regulators of temperature and solar devices according to appendix No. 20;

Regulations on energy marking of smartphones and "slate" tablets according to appendix No. 21";

1.2. in all text of provisions and appendices of the word "dealer", "seller" and "distributor" to them in any grammatical form to replace with the word "dealer" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.3. in appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

1.3.1. to state the subitem of the IV Item 1.1 of appendix No. 1 in the following edition:

"IV. the weighed annual energy consumption (AEC) in kW of h/year rounded up to the next integer and calculated according to appendix No. 7 to this Provision;";

1.3.2. the subitem f) Item 1 of appendix No. 2 to the Provision to state in the following edition:

"f) for the household drum dryers receiving food from power network:
