About approval of regulations on requirements to energy marking of some energy-requiring products

(as amended on 24-11-2021)

Based on Item and) Articles 4, parts (1) Article 7 and part (1) article 13 of the Law No. 44 of March 27, 2014 on marking of energy-requiring products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 99-102, 249) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on requirements to energy marking of household drum dryers according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on requirements to energy marking of conditioners according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on requirements to energy marking of household furnaces and extracts according to appendix No. 3;

The paragraph the fifth is excluded;

The paragraph of the sixth is excluded;

The paragraph of the seventh is excluded;

The paragraph of the eighth is excluded;

The paragraph the ninth is excluded;

The paragraph the tenth is excluded;

Regulations on energy marking of systems for heating of water, reservoirs for hot water and installations for heating of water and solar batteries, according to appendix No. 10;

Regulations on energy marking of installations for heating of rooms, two-functional systems of heating, installations for heating of rooms, the regulator of temperature and the solar device, and also two-functional packets of systems of heating, the regulator of temperature and the device of solar energy, according to appendix No. 11.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure represent to the Government of the offer on review of this resolution depending on technological progress.

2-1. Control for the purpose of supervision of the market is exercised according to Law No. 7 provisions of February 26, 2016 on supervision of the market concerning sale of nonfoods and the Law No. 131 of June 8, 2012 on the state control of business activity

3. This resolution becomes effective in 6 months of date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

Regulations on energy marking of water-heating installations, reservoirs for hot water and packets of water-heating installations and solar devices

I. General provisions and scope

1. Regulations on energy marking of water-heating installations, reservoirs for hot water and packets of water-heating installations and solar devices (further - the Provision) shift the delegated Regulations (EU) No. 812/2013 of the Commission of February 18, 2013, supplementing the Directive 2010/30/EU of the European parliament and Council concerning energy marking of water-heating installations, reservoirs for hot water and packets of water-heating installations and solar installations, the summary version to which the changes entered by the delegated Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2017/254 of November 30, 2016 published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 239 of September 6, 2013 are made.

2. The provision establishes requirements to energy marking of water heaters with nominal thermal entrance <= 70 kW, reservoirs for hot water in reservoir <= 500 liters and water heaters with nominal thermal entrance <= 70 kW and devices of solar energy, and also the requirement about provision of the additional information about these products.

3. This Provision is not applied to water-heating installations, specially held for use the liquid or gaseous fuels which are generally received from biomass, heating installations with solid fuel, water-heating installations, covered by the legislation on industrial emissions (the prevention, protection and control of pollution), the combined heaters as it is determined in Chapter II приложения№9, to the Order of the Government No. 1003 of December 10, 2014 for water-heating installations which, at least, do not answer the smallest reference sample of loading as 3 appendices No. 7, to the systems of water heating intended only to heat drinks and/or food are specified in the table.

II. Determinations (terms)

4. For the purposes of these rules following terms are determined as follows:

water-heating installation – the device, which:

a) it is connected to external source of drinking or household water;

b) generates and transfers heat for providing with drinking or household hot water in case of certain levels of temperature in certain quantities and in case of certain expenses through certain periods; and

c) it is equipped with one or several heatgenerators;

the heatgenerator – component of water-heating installation which generates heat through one or several of the following processes:

a) combustion of fossil fuel and/or biomass;

b) use of effect of Joule in heating elements of electrical resistance;
