I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 275 "About approval of Rules of the organization of subsidized workplaces and subsidizings of the salary of persons employed on subsidized workplaces" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32959) the following change:
Rules of the organization of subsidized workplaces and subsidizing of the salary of persons employed on the subsidized workplaces (further – Rules) approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) of this Item to provide information on their execution in Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the subitem 8) of Item 5 and the subitem 3) of Item 20 of Rules which become effective since January 1, 2026.

to the Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 12, 2025 No. 395
1. These rules of the organization of subsidized workplaces and subsidizing of the salary of persons employed on subsidized workplaces (further – Rules), are developed according to Item 10 of article 111 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Code), the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for the organization of subsidized workplaces and subsidizing of the salary of persons employed on subsidized workplaces.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
1) The Government for Citizens State corporation – the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for rendering the state services according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of work on reception of applications on rendering the state services and issue of their results to uslugopoluchatel by the principle of "one window", ensuring rendering the state services electronically;
2) unified information system of the social and labor sphere (further – AIS "Labor market") – the object of informatization intended for automation of activities of authorized state body, local executive bodies concerning social protection and employment of the population, the centers of labor mobility, career centers, the Center of development of manpower and interdepartmental interaction for the purpose of provision of the state services to the population in the social and labor sphere;
3) vacancy – free workplace (position) at the employer;
4) the center of labor mobility – the legal entity created by local executive body of area, city of republican value and the capital for the purpose of development and implementation of measures of assistance of employment;
5) subsidizing of the salary – total or partial compensation of costs of the employer for compensation of the workers employed on subsidized workplaces;
6) the unemployed – the physical person performing job search and ready to get to work;
7) employer – physical person or legal entity with which the worker consists in employment relationships;
8) workplace – the place of permanent or temporary finding of the worker in case of accomplishment of labor obligations by it in the course of labor activity;
9) employment – complex of the organizational, economic and legal actions designed to promote employment of the population;
10) the automated information system "Centralized Database of Pension Payments and Benefits" (further – AIS "TsBD") – the centralized database of authorized state body for implementation of payment types on the conditions established by the Code;
11) career center – the branch of the center of labor mobility performing accomplishment of its functions in areas, the cities of regional and republican value, the capital;
