No. 494-497, 667), the Government DECIDES:

1. Dismiss by liquidation Public organization the State university of Grigory Tsamblak, Mr. Tarakliya.

2. Regular personnel of Public organization the State university of Grigory Tsamblak, Mr. Tarakliya, till August 22, 2025 to transfer with observance of the labor law of the Republic of Moldova to Tarakliysky department of Rusensky university of Angela Kyntschewa, Republic of Bulgaria. In case of impossibility of transfer of some workers to perform their release according to the labor law.

3. Students of Public organization the State university of Grigory Tsamblak, Mr. Tarakliya, till August 22, 2025 to transfer according to the application in person to Tarakliysky department of Rusensky university of Angela Kyntschewa, Republic of Bulgaria, or in other institutions of higher education of the Republic of Moldova on the same accredited programs of the higher education of litsentsiatura according to the regulatory base.

4. To the Ministry of Education and Research provide cession of property and material values in free use to Tarakliysky department of Rusensky university of Angela Kyntschewa, Republic of Bulgaria, for the duration of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria signed in Chisinau on March 26, 2024 and ratified by the Law No. 245/2024.

5. In line items 281-284 appendices No. 22-12 to the Order of the Government No. 351/2005 about approval of lists of the real estate units which are public property of the state and about transfer of some real estate units (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 129-131, 1072), with subsequent changes, in the column "The Name of the Legal Entity Managing the Real Estate" of the word "Tarakliysky State University" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research".

6. In appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 146/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Education and Research (2021, Art. No. 206-208, 344), with subsequent changes, in the Section of "Institution of higher education" line item 9 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Education and Research.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
