About the state construction supervision
Based on Items 1 and 3 of Article 85, of Items 2 and 11 of article 122 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
The regulations on bodies of the state construction supervision (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for the direction of notifications on accomplishment of building and construction works (are applied).
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
