For the purpose of realization of provisions of Art. 1 of h (1-1) Law No. 170/2024 on temporary import licensing of grain and oil-bearing crops (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, No. 302-304, 442), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve the List of the countries, import of grain and oil-bearing crops from which does not fall under action of the Art. 1,, h (1-1) Law No. 170/2024 on temporary import licensing of grain and oil-bearing crops it (is applied).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on mister Vasile Sharban, the state secretary.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
