About reorganization by merging (accession) of some sports schools subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Research, and modification of some orders of the Government

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and also Item f) article 139 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 1, mun. Chisinau" (the attaching legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 2, mun. Chisinau" (the attached legal entity).

2. Transfer the property which is in management of public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 2, mun. Chisinau", to public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 1, mun. Chisinau" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. Change the name of public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 1, mun. Chisinau" on "Specialized sports school on soccer, mun. Chisinau".

4. To the Ministry of Education and Research to create in 30-day time from the effective date of this resolution the commission on reorganization and cession of property, the rights and obligations of the attached legal entity.

5. Release of personnel of public organization "Specialized school on No. soccer 2, mun. Chisinau" in case of impossibility of its translation to perform according to the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003, with payment, according to legislation provisions, in complete size of all receivable amounts at the expense of the reorganized legal entities.

6. Translate studying (athletes) of public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 2, mun. Chisinau" in the attaching organization in the same educational groups.

7. Appendix No. 22-12 to the Order of the Government No. 351/2005 about approval of lists of the real estate units which are public property of the state and about transfer of some real estate units (2005, Art. No. 129-131, 1072), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item of 309-1 following content:

In the Section "Organizations of the General Education" of appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 146/2021 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Education and Research (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 344), with subsequent changes:

8.1. 30 to state line item in the following edition:

"30. Specialized sports school on soccer, mun. Chisinau";

8.2. 31 to exclude line item.

9. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Education and Research.

10. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
