About modification of the Order of the Government No. 774/2016 about selling prices of socially important goods

Based on part (6) article 20 of the Law No. 231/2010 on domestic trade (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 230-237, 262), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 774/2016 about selling prices of socially important goods (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 169-183, 834), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Declare this resolution invalid since April 30, 2026.";

1.2. Add provision with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. This Provision is not applied to ecological goods which conform to the requirements provided in the Law No. 237/2023 on ecological production and labeling of ecological products, and also in regulations about its enforcement.";

1.3. in appendix to the Provision:

1.3.1. to add Item 9 after the text of "flour from firm grades of wheat 5" with the text "from flour from wheat of einkorn wheat and from spelled wheat";

1.3.2. Items 14, 15 and 16 to recognize invalid;

1.3.3. in notes 1 and 2 of the word "and unpacked" and "unpacked" to exclude.

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for subitem 1. 2, which becomes effective from the date of publication.
