About provision of tax and customs privileges for import and/or deliveries of the goods and/or services intended for implementation of the "Recovery of the River Bull and Protection against Floods in Chisinau" project

Art. 1. - (And the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the amount 4 million euros signed on June 12, 2023 to exempt 1) In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Customs code No. 95/2021, of the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 and the Law on payment for environmental pollution No. 1540/1998 for the purpose of implementation of the "Recovery of the River Bull and Protection against Floods in Chisinau" project on the amount of 12 million euros financed based on the Credit agreement between Primeriya of municipium of Chisinau and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the amount of 8 million euros and the Agreement on provision of grant between Primeriya of municipium of Chisinau from payment:

a) the customs duty, excises, collection on goods in the course of which use the environment, and from the VAT without the deduction right commodity import and/or the services intended for implementation of the specified project is polluted;

b) excises, collection for goods in the course of which use the environment, and from the VAT with the right of deduction of delivery of the goods and/or services intended for implementation of the specified project is polluted.

(2) the Procedure for application of the corresponding tax and customs privileges is established by the Government.
