4. To provide to the Ministries of Labour and Social Protection of the population, and also artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan bringing this joint order to data of the subordinated organizations and local executive bodies.

5. To provide to committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

2) within five working days from the date of signing by the last of heads of state bodies of this joint order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Labour and Social Protection of the population, and also artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective till May 31, 2026.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Algorithm of rendering the state service "Issue, Prolongation and Withdrawal of Permission to the Labour Immigrant" by means of the portal of "The electronic government" (further - the Algorithm) determines operations procedure of workers of front offices of non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation) when rendering the state service "Issue, Prolongation and Withdrawal of Permission to the Labour Immigrant".

2. In the Algorithm the following concepts and reducings are used:

1) the sector of consultation - certain site of front offices of the State corporation in which the information and advisory help to citizens and issue of coupons of single electronic queue is performed;

2) uslugopoluchatel - the labor immigrant, (immigrant) who arrived to the Republic of Kazakhstan as the house worker for the purpose of performance of works (rendering services) at the employer - physical person in household based on permission to the labor immigrant;

3) the service provider - the central state bodies, foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital, areas, cities of regional value, akims of areas in the city, the cities of district value, settlements, villages, rural districts, and also the physical persons and legal entities rendering the state services according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) the portal of "The electronic government" (further - PEP) - the information system representing single window of access to all consolidated government information including the regulatory legal base, and to the state services, services in issue of specifications on connection to the networks of subjects of natural monopolies and services of subjects of the quasi-public sector rendered electronically;

6) the digital signature (further - the EDS) - set of electronic digital symbols created by means of the digital signature and confirming reliability of the electronic document, its accessory and invariance of content.
