1. Approve the Instruction about the organization of work with biometric diplomatic and biometric service passports of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2008 No. 22 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the organization of work on issue, accounting, exchange, withdrawal, storage and destruction of the diplomatic and service passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus":

state the name in the following edition:

"About the organization of work on accounting, withdrawal, storage and destruction of the diplomatic and service passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus";

to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on Item 18 of the Regulations on documents for departure from the Republic of Belarus and (or) the entry into the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 No. 294, of subitem 6.16 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 978, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

This Instruction establishes procedure for the organization of work on accounting, withdrawal, storage and destruction of the diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus (further – the diplomatic passport) and the service passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus (further – the service passport) in the head consular department (further – GKU) the Ministries of Foreign Affairs (further – the MFA).";

to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
