Based on item 4 of Article 26, of Item 3 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" and Item 30 of the Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products, productions, turnover and use of electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for consumption of the tobacco approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for establishment of quotas for tobacco products manufacture (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for leave, obtaining, accounting, storage, acceptance, inventory count and transportation of the ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials, the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and the ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials, by-products of the spirit industry (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for issue of job specifications on leave and job specifications on receipt of the ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials, the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and the ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials (are applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2016 No. 536 "About the approval of the Regulations on procedure for cost determination of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, tobacco products (raw materials), and also other food products withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, directed to industrial conversion, including utilization":

in preamble of the word "According to the Paragraph Third" shall be replaced with words "In pursuance of the paragraph of the fourth";

in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

to state Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for cost determination of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, the tobacco products (raw materials), and also other food products withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, directed to industrial conversion, including utilization approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"1. This Provision establishes procedure for cost determination of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, the non-food ethyl alcohol, tobacco products (raw materials), and also other food products withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, directed to industrial conversion, including utilization.";

the fourth subitem 1.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
