1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on Committee on investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Provision) according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the list of invalid some orders of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to committee on investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction its in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, except for the subitem 30) of Provision Item 15 which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Suspend till January 1, 2026:

1) subitems 6) and 7) of Provision Item 15, having determined that during suspension these subitems are effective in the following edition:

"6) development of form of semi-annual reports on accomplishment of the investment contract;

7) establishment of form of the act of current status of execution of the working program of the investment contract;";

2) subitems 14) and 15) of Provision Item 15, having determined that during suspension these subitems are effective in the following edition:

"14) implementation of registration of the investment contract;

15) the direction in customs authority of the notification on release from taxation by customs duties when importing processing equipment and accessories to him presented on effective period of the investment contract, but no more than five years from the moment of registration of the investment contract;";

3) the subitem 17) of Provision Item 15, having determined that during suspension this subitem is effective in the following edition:

"17) provision according to the procedure, established by the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in coordination with authorized body on management of state-owned property and (or) the central authorized body on management of land resources, and also local executive bodies of the state natural grants in temporary free use or on the right of temporary non-paid land use with the subsequent voluntary conveyance in property or land use in case of accomplishment of investment obligations according to the investment contract;";

4) subitems 19), 20), 21) and 22) of Provision Item 15, having determined that during suspension these subitems are effective in the following edition:

"19) control of observance of conditions of investment contracts;

20) the direction to the legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan who signed the investment contract, notifications in writing with indication of violations and establishment of three-months term for elimination of violations in cases of non-execution or improper execution of the working program of the investment contract;

21) direction to the investor of the notification on early termination of operation of the investment contract unilaterally;

22) conclusion, registration and decision making about early termination of investment contracts;".
