About change of resolutions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of the seventh of part one of Item 4, of Items 41-1 and 41-6 of the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394, of part one of Item 24-5 and Item 24-6 of the Rules of heat supply approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2019 No. 609, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2016 No. 2 "About inspection routine of electroinstallations":
state the name in the following edition:
"About procedure for carrying out survey (admission) for electroinstallations, heatinstallations and (or) thermal network";
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on Items 411 and 416 of the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394, of Item 246 of the Rules of heat supply approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2019 No. 609, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out survey (admission) for electroinstallations, heatinstallations and (or) thermal network it (is applied).";
The instruction about procedure body of the state energy and gas supervision of survey of electroinstallations for determination of possibility of their commissioning approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (is attached);
1.2. in the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2016 No. 4 "About establishment of document forms":
