Based on Items 9 and 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2012 "About the government address public assistance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 41

1. Approve:

The regulations on accounting treatment for the income and calculation of the average per capita income of family (citizen) for provision of the government address public assistance (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for rendering financial support on the drive to needing studying (students), getting professional, secondary vocational and higher education in public institutions of education (are applied).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
