About change of the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2022 No. 9
Based on paragraphs two and the ninth Item 12 of the Regulations on Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40, board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for financing of expenses on the pension payment, benefits and other social payments, the mechanism of return of excessively listed payments and realization of the right of the return requirement (regress) approved by the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2022 No. 9, the following changes:
in Item 2:
the fifth parts two to exclude the paragraph;
