About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2

Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1.1 and subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling and registration of the statistical declaration, modification of the registered statistical declaration, and also its cancellations approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 27:

in paragraph four of part one of the word of "fifth and sixth" shall be replaced with words "fifth or eighth";

in part two to replace the word "eighth" with the word "seventh";

after part seven to add Item with part of the following content:
