Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1. 1, subitems 1.4 and 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish form of external submission of the statistical declaration according to appendix.
1-1. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 18.09.2020 No. 19
1-2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 18.09.2020 No. 19
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 37 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling and registration of the statistical declaration and periodic statistical declaration, modification and cancellation of the registered statistical declaration and the periodic statistical declaration" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 122, 8/20927);
the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2011 No. 19 "About modification of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 37" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 46, 8/23578).
4. Modification of the statistical declarations and periodic statistical declarations registered till March 1, 2012 is performed according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this resolution.
5. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this resolution to staff of customs.
6. Provide to the Minsk central customs completion of software and finishing them to customs.
7. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2012, except for Item 6, of its official publication which is becoming effective later.
