1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of body of state revenues with the authorized state bodies performing accounting and (or) registration of vehicles on submission of data on the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and about the taxpayers having such objects.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) within five working days from the date of signing of this joint order the direction it the copy in electronic form on Kazakh and Russians in the Republican state company "Institute of the Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Finance, agricultural industry, transport and internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective from the date of its signing by the last of heads of state body.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of interaction of body of state revenues with the authorized state bodies performing accounting and (or) registration of vehicles on submission of data on the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and about the taxpayers having such objects (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 3) of Item 2 of article 52 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" determine procedure and terms of representation by the authorized state bodies performing accounting and (or) registration of vehicles by submission of data on the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and about the taxpayers having such objects (further – Data).

Chapter 2. Procedure and terms of submission of data on the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and about the taxpayers having such objects

2. For the purposes of these rules the Ministries of Agriculture, internal affairs and transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan treat authorized state bodies.

3. Authorized state bodies the mode daily represent data on the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and on the taxpayers having such objects in bodies of state revenues in form according to appendix to these rules by means of the information system "Smart Data Finance" to online.

In the absence of integration of information systems of the Data are represented in electronic form to the address: kgd.kancelyarya@kgd.gov.kz annually no later than January 15 of the year following reporting.
