About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2009 No. 53

Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2009 No. 53 "About approval of the Instruction about payment procedure of pensions (benefits) through divisions of open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank the following changes:
in the name of the word "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure" shall be replaced with words "About procedure";
to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" and "in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2005 No. 127";
in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in the Instruction about payment procedure of pensions (benefits) through divisions of open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank, approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 2 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
part the second item 4 after the words "Republic of Belarus" to add with words ", the ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the biometric residence permit in the Republic of Belarus the foreign citizen, the biometric residence permit in the Republic of Belarus of the stateless person";

to exclude from part one of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in word part two "the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation,";
