1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about payment procedure of pensions (benefits) through divisions of open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 3, 2002 No. 129 "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions (benefits) by transfer to accounts of physical persons in divisions of Open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 121, 8/8687).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction is intended for management in work of committees on work, employment and social protection regional and Minsk city executive committees, district (city) managements (departments) of work, employment and social protection (further if other is not provided, – bodies for work, employment and social protection) and divisions of open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank (further if other is not provided, – bank) (operations departments, departments of branches – regional (Minsk) managements, branches, the centers of banking services, OPERU of central office of bank) under the organization of work on transfer of pension amounts (benefits) for accounts on accounting of deposits (deposits) and the current (settlement) bank accounts, including access to which is provided when using debit bank payment card, pensioners (receivers of benefits) (further, unless otherwise specified, – accounts of physical persons) in divisions of bank.

2. Transfer of pension amounts (benefits) for accounts of physical persons in divisions of bank is made based on the agreement signed between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and bank.

3. On the pension amounts (benefits) credited into accounts of physical persons in divisions of bank the income in type of percent or in other form offered by bank according to the bank law is charged.

Chapter 2. Procedure for preparation and document creation

4. Transfer of pension (benefit) is performed by body for work, employment and social protection based on the statement for transfer of pension (benefit) for the account of physical person in division of JSC ASB Belarusbank (further - the statement) in form according to appendix 1.

Application can be issued in the body for work, employment and social protection performing pension payment (benefits) or in division of bank within the area of the location of this body (in the cities with district division - in division of bank of other district of the city). The statement adopted in division of bank is transferred within three working days to body for work, employment and social protection. In case of reception of an application the employee of bank verifies the data with the identity document of the applicant specified in it (the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, the certificate of the refugee), and makes the corresponding entry in the statement in which initials, surname and position of the worker who adopted the statement, acceptance date of the statement are specified.

The statement is valid within three years from the date of its receipt in body for work, employment and social protection. For ensuring continuous receipt of pension (benefit) the statement shall renew the pensioner (the receiver of benefit) not later than one month before expiration of the previous statement.
