About approval of form and Rules of submission of the coupon about passing of the state control (or copies of the coupon about passing of the state control) issued by territorial subdivisions (structural divisions) of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to part the fourth subitem 2) of Item 2 of article 516 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan we ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) coupon form of passing of the state control, (or copies of the coupon about passing of the state control), issued by territorial subdivisions (structural divisions) of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
2) Rules of submission of the coupon about passing of the state control, (or copies of the coupon about passing of the state control), issued by territorial subdivisions (structural divisions) of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 2 to this joint order.
1) the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2018 No. 85 and the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2018 nanosecond No. 5 "About approval of form and Rules of submission of the coupon about passing of the state control issued by structural divisions of territorial subdivision of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16413);
2) the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2021 No. 450 and the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2021 No. 55/ke "About introduction of amendments to the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2018 No. 85 and the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2018 nanosecond No. 5 "About approval of form and Rules of submission of the coupon about passing of the state control issued by territorial subdivisions of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22773).
3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten working days from the date of state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item;
3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
