Enter into the period from November 6, 2025 to October 31, 2026 temporary regulation of questions on release of the foreign employees involved in implementation of the Investment agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and limited liability company "Rail carrier" China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan", from the payment of the state fee and other payments connected with registration in the place of stay.

2. To public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this Decree.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This Decree is subject to official publication and becomes effective since November 6, 2025.
