About modification and amendments in the Regulations on procedure for passing of military service by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 12, 2019 No. PP-4447, in connection with enhancement of procedure for money recovery spent for preparation of young officer personnel
According to the legislation it is determined that citizens shall pass military service on officers positions within five calendar years after the termination of the highest military educational institution, in case of not service - to return the means spent for training to the Government budget.
Along with it today because of the direction of graduates of the highest military educational institutions for service in other ministries and departments not only as serviceman, but also as the employee there is need of determination for the legislation of obligation of service by these graduates as employees within five calendar years.
According to the above, for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of the spent means of the Government budget and prevention of staff turnover of young officers, I decide:
1. Make change and addition to the Regulations on procedure for passing of military service by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 12, 2019 No. PP-4447, according to appendix providing money recovery, the graduates of the highest military educational institutions spent for training in case of not service on officers positions within five calendar years after the end of study.
2. To national guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of state security and other interested organizations:
(a) to provide execution, bringing to contractors of this resolution, and also explanation of its content and value among staff;
(b) to sign additional contracts with cadets of the highest military educational institutions according to the change and amendment brought based on this resolution.
