Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 6 "About procedure for return of money in case of the termination of participation in shared-equity construction, the termination of organizational membership of builders, agreement cancelation of purchase and sale of the premises built according to the state order" the following changes:
preamble after the words "and construction activities" to add with words "the paragraph of the fifth Item 2,";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for return of money in case of the termination of participation in shared-equity construction, the termination of organizational membership of builders, agreement cancelation of purchase and sale of the premises built according to the state order (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for return of deposited money or payenakopleniye to the disposed organization member of builders who did not pay the cost of residential and (or) non-residential rooms (did not bring shares) (are in full applied).";
add Item 2 with part of the following content:
"Action of this Item does not extend to the relations on return of deposited money or payenakopleniye to the disposed organization member of builders who did not pay cost (did not bring shares) in full of premises in which he lived, and (or) the non-residential premise which used.";
