About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 17, 2025 No. 337

1. Determine:

the directions of expenditure sports clubs of means of the support got according to subitems 2.4-2.6 of Item 2 of the Decree No. 337, according to appendix 1;

the directions of expenditure federations of means of the support got according to subitems 2. 4, 2.5 and 2.7 Items 2 of the Decree No. 337, according to appendix 2.

2. In case of determination of the specific size of subsidy to federations and sports clubs at the expense of means according to republican or local budgets within the most admissible sizes of the subsidies on sports determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the quantity of sports constructions and other property which is on balance of these federations, sports clubs, the approved schedule of sporting events the forthcoming year are considered.

The specific sizes of subsidies to federations are established based on the offers of the Ministry of Sport approved with National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

Subsidies are provided step by step, as a rule, at least two times in calendar year.

3. Determine that:

22 base rates – for workers, except for the workers specified in paragraph three of this subitem;

44 base rates – for athletes of national teams, and also in coordination with the Ministry of Sport for athletes of clubs, coaches of the clubs and other specialists participating in sports training of athletes of clubs, in the quantity which is not exceeding five people;

clubs on game sports – in coordination with regional (Minsk city) executive committees;

clubs on not game sports – in coordination with the Ministry of Sport and corresponding regional (Minsk city) executive committee;

5. Restrictions of the amount of the payments provided in Items 3 and 4 of this resolution do not extend to the heads and specialists invited in coordination with the Ministry of Sport for work in federation or sports club in view of special interest in them.

7.1. in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 1.2.6 of Item 1.2 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, the word "confirmations" to replace with the word "conclusions";

7.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2023 No. 711 "About prizes and remunerations":

9. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.

10. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

The directions of expenditure sports clubs of means of the support got according to subitems 2.4-2.6 of Item 2 of the Decree No. 337

1. The expenses connected with holding sporting events in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) participation in sporting events in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) abroad including delivery of the sports equipment and stock, compensation for expenses to food of athletes of clubs, coaches of clubs, judges on sport and other participants of sporting events, on accommodation, equipment and the organization of work of volunteers.

2. Maintenance costs, maintenance of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts, on payment of utilities, and also on fee of technical, fire supervision and private security, services in servicing of technical means of fire-proof protection, fire automatic equipment and other technical means of detection and liquidation of emergency situations.

3. Expenses on payment of lease of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts and the equipment, expense recovery to the lessor on content, operation, running repair of leasable property.
