About modification of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones" and of October 11, 2019 No. 758 "About creation of the special economic zone "Qyzyljar"
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones":
in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Ontust_k" approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The special economic zone "Ontust_k" (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of the city of Shymkent according to the enclosed plan.
SEZ is port special economic zone.
The territory of SEZ constitutes hectare 529,0001, including the International airport Shymkent, and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
the plan of the territory of the special economic zone "Ontust_k" to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
to be reworded as follows the target indicators of the special economic zone "Ontust_k" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2019 No. 758 "About creation of the special economic zone "Qyzyljar":
in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Qyzyljar" approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
