According to the subitem 27) article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna", the subitem 4) Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" and the subitem 1) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of permissions to use of fish resources and other water animals.

2. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
