About approval of Rules of assignment of the status of the international school
According to item 4 of article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of assignment of the status of the international school according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of secondary education of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

to the Order of the Minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2025 No. 250
1. These rules of assignment of the status of the international school (further - Rules) are developed according to item 4 of article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" and determine procedure for assignment of the status of the international school.
2. Assignment of the status of the international school is performed for the purpose of enhancement and integration of experience of the international education into education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also legal support of activities of the schools which are independently developing and realizing the integrated general education training programs of primary and (or) main secondary and (or) general secondary education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. For assignment of the status of the international schools the following requirements are established:
1) availability of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation educational activities for general education training programs of primary, main secondary, general secondary education;
2) the conclusion about the passing of the state certification or accreditation according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the integrated training programs developed by the organization of education and (or) which went authorization to the Organizations of the International Bachelor degree, or the international institutional accreditation;
4) confirmation of issue to graduates of school of certificates or the certificates granted by results of development of the international educational programs for the last three academic years;
5) availability in working curricula and the educational program of subjects according to the state obligatory standard of education: "Kazakh", "The Kazakh literature" and "Kazakh and literature", "History of Kazakhstan", "Geography";
6) the organization of educational process for the subjects "Kazakh", "Kazakh Literature" and "Kazakh and Literature" in state language;
7) availability at school at least 90% of teachers from among the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan having qualification category not below the principle place of employment teacher expert;
8) availability of the foreign specialists having the higher and (or) postgraduate pedagogical education, pedagogical years of service at least five years in the organizations of primary, main secondary and general secondary education and also the international examiners, trainers and experts whose qualification is confirmed by documents (diplomas, certificates, licenses), the granted and (or) acknowledged international accreditation organizations, professional associations or authorized bodies of foreign states;
9) availability of the deputy director for educational work from among citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
10) the organization of educational process according to the Single program of education "Adal azamat", the Minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of July 30, 2024 No. 94, by its integration into the international educational programs;
11) inclusion in the plan of educational work and activities of additional education of school of components of national culture, including training and circles on training in game at dombra, national sports;
12) availability of information system with urgent databases, corresponding to the forms of administrative data within educational monitoring approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2012 No. 570 "About approval of forms of administrative data within educational monitoring" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8369) and its integration into the information system "National Educational Database";
13) ensuring protection of life and health of students and personnel according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, performing activities in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2022 No. 117 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 27414), and also the international accreditation organizations;
14) ensuring information openness on education organization activity;
15) compliance of material and resource base of the organization of education to requirements of the international accreditation organizations.
4. The organization of education applying for assignment of the status of the international school represents to authorized body in the field of education (further - authorized body) the written request with appendix of the notarized copy of the charter and the documents certified by the signature of the head and seal of the organization (in the presence), confirming compliance to requirements, stipulated in Item 3 these rules (further - Requirements), and also:
