Based on part three of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 "About establishment and procedure for increase in minimum wage" and subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2019 No. 475 "About ensuring activities of state-financed organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124-Z

1. Establish monthly minimum wage in the amount of 858 rubles.

2. In the paragraph the second Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure and the amount of the stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the centers, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 31, 2019 948, figures "110" to replace No. with figures "240".

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2024 No. 935 "About establishment of the size of monthly minimum wage".

4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1 and 3 - since January 1, 2026;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.

Item 2 of this resolution extends the action to the relations which arose since November 1, 2025.
