About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2019 No. 475

Based on subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2019 "About ensuring activities of state-financed organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 475

1. Determine:

1.1. standard states and standard rates of number of employees of the centers * according to appendix 1;

* For the purposes of this resolution the center is understood as the public institution which is specially created according to part two of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2019 No. 475.

1.2. the list of the stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the centers according to appendix 2.

1-1. Approve Regulations on procedure and the amount of the stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the centers it (is applied).

2. No. 219 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.03.2024

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 2010 No. 229 "About the amount of payment for receipt of additional education of children and youth at the public children's schools of arts, procedure for its collection and recognition No. 281 which voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2008":
