About provision of pensions of the government civil servants
For the purpose of strengthening of social support of the government civil servants who reached generally established retirement age, forming of uniform legal regulation of provision of pensions of various categories of citizens:
1. Determine that the citizens who reached generally established retirement age keep the right to pension payment for long service according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 No. 175-Z "About public service" during work on the employment contract or during the period during which the pensioner is individual entrepreneur, the lawyer, performs notarial activities.
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till January 1, 2026 reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since January 1, 2026;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
