According to Item 11 of article 56 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) form of the data represented to body of state revenues, the exchanges of digital assets and also other members of the International financial center "Astana" about the operations performed by residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the exchanges of digital assets according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the data represented to body of state revenues, the exchanges of digital assets and also other members of the International financial center "Astana" about the operations performed by nonresidents at the exchanges of digital assets according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the data represented to body of state revenues, the exchanges of digital assets and also other members of the International financial center "Astana" about the paid remunerations to residents and nonresidents from implementation of the activities connected with digital assets according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules of submission to body of state revenues by the exchanges of digital assets, and also other members of the International financial center "Astana" of data on the transactions which are carried out by residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and nonresidents at the exchanges of digital assets and the paid remunerations to residents and nonresidents from implementation of the activities connected with digital assets according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2023 No. 817 "About approval of Rules of submission of data by the exchanges of digital assets, and also other members of the International financial center "Astana" about the operations performed by residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the exchanges of digital assets and the paid remunerations to residents and nonresidents from implementation of the activities connected with digital assets" (it is registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts at No. 33233).

3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
