1. Approve:

1) form of data on the rendered services to the third parties represented by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) services in the sphere of transportations according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of representation by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) in the sphere of transportations, data on the provided services to the third parties in body of state revenues according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2019 No. 493 "About approval of Rules of representation by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) services in the sphere of transportations, data on the provided services to the third parties" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18741).

3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of representation by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) in the sphere of transportations, data on the provided services to the third parties in body of state revenues (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 6 of article 56 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Tax code) and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for representation by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) services in the sphere of transportations (further – the organizations), data on actually rendered services to the third parties (further – data).

Chapter 2. Procedure for submission of the data on the rendered services to the third parties represented by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) services in the sphere of transportations

2. The organizations represent in electronic form data on the rendered services to the third parties represented by the organizations rendering services of water supply, water disposal, the sewerage, gas supply, electric utility service, heat supply, collection of waste (rubbish disposal), servicing of elevators and (or) services in the sphere of transportations (further – data) to bodies of state revenues in the place of the stay in form according to appendix 1 to this order:

1) no later than the 10th following reporting quarter;
