1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity" of February 18, 2012 No. 108 the following change:
the criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Chapter 26 of the following content:
"Chapter 26. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree entrepreneurial
activities in the field of safe handling
with pesticides and agrochemicals
95. In these criteria the following concepts are used:
1) subjects of supervision and control - the physical persons and legal entities performing activities in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals: production, realization, storage, transportation, application fumigatsionny, aerosol, aviation and land by methods, and also neutralization and utilization of pesticides and agrochemicals;
2) risk in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals - probability of damnification to health of the person and animals, to the environment and plants when implementing actions with use of pesticides and agrochemicals taking into account severity of its effects.
