About procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of Article 10 and Item 7 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2024 "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 33-Z
1. Determine that in this resolution terms in the values determined in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus" are used.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, - the register of NSA) it (is applied).
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2017 No. 41 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective since October 17, 2025.

1. This Provision determines procedure for forming and maintaining the register of NSA, procedure for issue of the statement from the register of NSA in the form of the certificate of accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus (further, respectively, - accreditation, the certificate of accreditation).
2. Forming, maintaining and technical support of the register of NSA is performed by national authority on accreditation (further - accreditation body) which is its owner.
3. Financing of the expenses connected with operation, technical support and support of the register of NSA is performed at the expense of means of accreditation body, including means received by it within contracts for accreditation, and also other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation.
4. The register of NSA is posted on the official site of accreditation body on the global computer Internet and kept register entries, in electronic form by introduction.
In case of the circumstances interfering maintaining the register of NSA the notification on availability of these circumstances with indication of the expected term of their elimination is without delay posted on the official site of accreditation body on the global computer Internet.
5. One register entry contains one unique registration number in the register of NSA. Creation of several register entries concerning one unique registration number is not allowed.
Unique registration number is assigned to each accredited subject, the accreditation expert, the technical accreditation expert.
Unique registration number is drawn up according to the structure determined by accreditation body.
6. Are part of the register of NSA:
the register of accredited subjects (further - the register of AS);
the register of experts in accreditation (further - the register of EA);
the register of technical experts in accreditation (further - the register of TEA).
7. The register of AS is provided by the following Sections:
certification bodies;
test laboratories (centers);
testing laboratories;
calibrating laboratories;
inspection bodies;
producers of standard samples;
providers of skill test;
other accredited subjects (their group on types of activity).
8. The basis for inclusion, change of information in the register of AS is the decision on accreditation, except case of correction of technical mistake.
9. The data specified in Item 2 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus" are part of the register of AS.
10. As the information about the accredited subject join in the register of AS:
full name of the legal entity;
registration number in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - EGR) and date of state registration, accounting number of the payer or other similar number assigned in foreign state which resident is the accredited foreign legal entity;
location address;
the address of the place of implementation of activities in the field of accreditation;
contact information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses).
Information about accredited subjects shall correspond to information containing in EGR or in similar information system of foreign state which resident is the accredited foreign legal entity.
If accreditation was obtained by structural division of the legal entity, in addition as the information about the accredited subject join:
full name of accredited structural division of the legal entity;
address of the location of accredited structural division of the legal entity;
the address of the place of implementation of activities in the field of accreditation of accredited structural division of the legal entity;
contact information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses) of accredited structural division of the legal entity.
11. As data on results of accreditation join in the register of AS:
fundamental standard;
area of accreditation;
start dates and completion of cycle of accreditation;
other information on the decision of accreditation body made at meeting of the technical commission on accreditation.
12. The register of AS joins data on dates and numbers of all decisions on accreditation made on each accredited subject during its cycle of accreditation.
13. As other data the register of AS joins the data provided by acts of the legislation in the sphere of accreditation including:
condition of the register entry (it is valid, suspended, cancelled, the cycle of accreditation is complete);
date of the last change of the register entry.
14. The basis for inclusion, change of information in the register of EA is the decision of accreditation body, except case of correction of technical mistake.
15. The data specified in Item 3 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus" are part of the register of EA.
16. As data on competence and activities of the expert in accreditation join in the register of EA:
area of professional competence with indication of the fundamental standard;
